The Instructor reserves the right to cancel the dive or an individual's participation in the dive if the instructor deems the scheduled dive unsafe or below standard conditions, or if an individual participant fails to pass a medical questionnaire or is unable to perform the minimum skills needed for that activity. Depending upon conditions for cancellation, refunds may be given.

Must be 10 years or older to participate.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all reservations. Full price for service will be assessed for all no-shows and scuba tours cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
